CRITICARE 2027 – Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official conference secretariat at:isccmevents@gmail.com
Requests will be processed based on the date of receipt of the email.
2. Refund Structure
On or before 31st December 2026
100% refund of registration fee (excluding GST)

From 01st January 2027 onwards

3. Non-Refundable Components
- GST and applicable taxes
4. Transfer of Registration
- Registrations are non-transferable to another individual
- Name changes will not be permitted after confirmation
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after approval
- Refunds will be made only to the registered delegate’s bank account
6. Conference Cancellation / Force Majeure
If the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, etc.), organizers will notify all registered participants. Refunds (full or partial) will be processed after deducting unavoidable administrative expenses.7. Update Book
Update book requests will be accepted only until 15th January 2027.
