Organising Your Visa to India

All international participants and guests attending CRITICARE 2027 conference at Agra will require a conference visa to enter India. In order to apply for permission from Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the following information is required from all international delegates.

  • Name (as per passport)
  • Nationality
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Passport Number
  • Passport expiry date
  • Passport issuing authority / place of issue.
  • Current Affiliation and Designation
  • Address – As per passport / communication

The conference organizer will apply for ministry approvals after collecting the above information during the online registration.

Documents required for applying for an E Conference VISA

> Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer (this will be provided by the conference organizers to the participants via email)

> Ministry of Home Affairs Permission

> Ministry of External Affairs Permission.

The Ministry of External Affairs approval letter will be updated on the conference website under VISA tab and will be forwarded to the Indian Embassy / Missions at each location.

Note: Kindly apply for the E Conference visa only when all the above documents are available. Ministry permissions are ideally received 2 month prior to the conference dates.
